Cancer has affected every aspect of our lives - friends, family, work colleagues, neighbours. In June I will be taking part in Walk for Hope. This is just our small contribution towards creating a brighter future and giving hope to anyone else who is affected by cancer.

Wessex Cancer Trust believes that there should be help and support available to everyone living with cancer, when and where they need it.

hey have six cancer support centres, which cover Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and the IOW. Their centres have specialist counsellors to help deal with the emotional impact of cancer and complementary therapies to improve wellbeing, help with pain management and increase self-confidence. The charity also provides a range of support and activity groups along with specialist children’s services and helps 8,000 local people each year.
